My Dad, William W. Walter, is the little boy, far right side of the picture, second row, white
shirt. I am not sure what that stuff is behind the children on the right, looks kinda like a junk pile? Not sure where the school was, but my Dad grew up in Enid. Might have been a school there a long time ago.
